A proper shakedown of the new FASTMD/Racing to End Alzheimers Audi RS3 LMS TCR was in order this week as the inaugural Michelin Pilot Challenge at Daytona is less than a week away. James Vance flew in from his hometown in Toronto, Canada and Nick Galante came in from Monterey, California to meet us across the country in Tampa so we could head to Sebring International Raceway to get some seat time in our new car. Luckily our friends at PBOC allowed us to snag a last minute spot at their yearly Winterfest event to get some much needed testing done. With the engineers and mechanics at Speed Syndicate we were able to work out all of the kinks in the car and get a good feel for the setup we need for Daytona. The long trip proved to be worth it as all drivers agreed that the car felt amazing! The entire team is super stoked and ready to stand on top of that podium and spray some champagne in Daytona!

The following day is when the famed Rolex 24 hour race begins at 2:35pm EST. Watch your favorite sports car drivers as well as some drivers from F1 and IndyCar battle it out over 24 hours!
The Michelin Pilot Challenge race will be rebroadcast on NBCSN on Wednesday, February 6th at 1pm EST.
